Gender Pay Gap Information

The Trust is not required as yet to formally report on Gender Pay Gap (due to not yet exceeding 250 employees), however, calculations have been completed to determine the Trust’s position based on current employees.  

As of November 2020, the Trust currently had 117 staff, 34 male and 83 female.

Note: there is a gender pay gap of 6.22% for median pay. This can be accounted for, however, by the greater proportion of the workforce being women, therefore it can be expected that the mid-point salary may be lower.

Note: The proportion in all salary quartiles is higher for women. Women represent the majority of the Trust workforce and the vast majority of staff in lower paid business support roles are women (possibility due to the part time/term time only and flexible nature of some of these roles) which may account for the higher proportion of females in the lower paid quartiles.
