Restorative Conference

The Inclusion Manager will model a restorative conference to repair hurt and harm caused by pupils.  This will allow all parties to have a voice, understand where difficulties have occurred and most importantly reparation work can play a pivotal role as an alternative to Permanent Exclusion.
