033 Assistant Head Teacher

We are looking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Head Teacher with responsibility for Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attendance to join our passionate and hardworking team at Reach Academy. Reach Academy is rated as “Good” by Ofsted and is an Alternative Provision for Key Stage 3 pupils.

The role will involve being a fully active and influential member of the Senior Leadership Team, modelling best practice and leading on strategies which improve behaviour, attitudes and attendance, ensuring pupils successfully transition to their next educational setting. You will be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the academy, leading on all aspects of safeguarding and supporting members of the safeguarding team. There will be the opportunity and requirement to work in partnership with mainstream schools as well as contributing to the strategic development of the school, academies and wider strands of provision within Ethos Academy Trust.
