Finance, Audit and Risk Committee

This Committee supports the Board of Trustees in fulfilling its corporate governance and oversight responsibilities by providing advice that is independent of management on all items relating to the Trust’s finance, audit and risk arrangements and systems of internal control, ensuring compliance with charity and company law and other legal requirements.

Learning and Achievement Committee

This Committee supports the Board of Trustees in fulfilling statutory duties relating to curriculum, standards and safeguarding and understanding the unique context of each academy, whilst ensuring a consistent approach to reporting. It supports the Board in understanding relevant key performance indicators, including performance, progress, outcomes, behaviour and attendance.
